Exercising the right of withdrawal

Under Article 54-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give any reason.

Exclusions (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005): The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery, to personalised or made-to-measure products, to perishable goods and to digital content.

This online service fulfils the obligation set out in Article 54-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 209/2025, which came into force on 19 June 2026. Following confirmation, you will receive a receipt on a durable medium by email, in accordance with the law.
